For the MRO service to be as smooth as possible it all starts with the setup . You define the equipment you service and optionally the parts, accessories, services, etc. associated with it. This allows the rest of the application to utilize dropdown menus reducing input errors and expediting each step of the process. 

Starting with the intake or receiving of equipment it’s as simple as selecting the customer, their equipment and saving. This can be done even faster if a printable qr coded document is used.

Next, servicing of the equipment is made easy with an interactive toolbar that allows the technician to have easy access to each item. Within the toolbar you can specify the test equipment that was used, the parts/services installed as well as ensuring the repair meets various qa measures. You can also provide manuals for the technicians to view. Again, all this is customizable so what is shown is only what has been setup.

Finally, SmartReach knows that service doesn’t stop when the repair is done. You need to have a way of recording that the repair was successful. This is most commonly done through a qa process called burn-in. Within this process you can indicate when burn-in starts and ends. Optionally you can have the technician record the results of various tests post burn-in. Depending on the controls within your facility there’s one final step that you can enable. This is a simple approval process. It displays all the equipment that has completed service/burn-in and provides one final opportunity to identify any cosmetic issues with the equipment before it’s sent back to the customer.
