The receiving process also requests the asset tag number, providing a supplementary layer of identification:

Customer Reference Number: This feature grants customers the autonomy to label their equipment in a way that aligns with their organizational structure or system, thus facilitating efficient asset management.

 

 

Detailing the Issue

One of the most crucial components of the Receiving form is the reported problem section:
