Within SmartReach we’ve incorporated an intake process. Once you’ve defined the equipment you service then it’s a simple efficient process for your personnel to log equipment being received. There’s validation to ensure that errors don’t occur and cascading dropdowns reduce entry errors.

SmartReach allows you to tailor the act of servicing equipment to your exact needs. For a piece of equipment that you service you can define the parts/services associated with it. If you have checklists that your technicians must follow when completing a repair, you can define that too. If there’s specific testing that must be conducted to meet yours, or the manufacturers, specifications you can also create simple test forms for technicians to complete. In addition, you can associate manuals and notices for technicians to view, notes can be added to a repair as well as identifying the various pieces of test equipment that were used to complete a repair. There’s many more settings to help you further customize it to match your environment. In short, we’ve built the foundation and walls so you can furnish it how you want. 

Yes within the service page you can identify the test equipment that was used to complete a repair. You can also view the history of each piece of test equipment so you can see exactly what work orders it was used on.

Absolutely, define the parts/services associated with that piece of equipment and then they can be easily selected on the service page. All of these are then viewable on various reports.

The customizable test form that SmartReach provides allows you to record the status of repairs to ensure they meet your quality standards. These can be tailored to each piece of equipment so everything can be as precise as possible. 

Yes, for each piece of equipment that you service you can define a checklist that technicians must “check off” before service can be completed. These could be items such as ensure screws are tightened or make sure filters have been replaced. 

SmartReach equipment services provides a highly customizable and efficient means of ensuring equipment is serviced to your standards. Just how customizable? If it’s a piece of equipment that you rarely service, then you don’t need to specify test forms, parts/services or checklists. Service can move through with no entry. If it’s a highly precise piece of equipment that requires specific testing measures and records then that can also be built. You’re in control of how much or how little is required to complete service.

Burn-In or QA Testing within SmartReach is a process that allows you to record, post servicing, that a piece of equipment meets yours, or the manufacture’s standards. When you start the process you indicate that in SmartReach. When you define the equipment you service you can also define how long the equipment should remain in burn-in. Once the time is up you can complete burn-in. Through the setup you can also indicate if you want to record test results at the end. 

From the pages that users can access to exact workflows that are used you are in control. Within the settings pages you have numerous ways to further adjust the service page to better match your environment. 

SmartReach’s CRM allows you to capture the basics such as customer information, their individual locations and contacts. In addition, you can view/manage and record specific information related to each customer such as warranties, discounts, purchase orders, their assets you manage, work orders, estimate and invoices. 

We have a number of reports available and always adding more. The customizable dashboard provides you the ability to drag and drop various tiles and charts so you have real time information available to you. We also have a separate reports page that includes a number of tabular style reports. Finally, within nearly every page you can export the table data. We like hearing from our customers so within SmartReach is a way you can request new reports as well.
